technology transfer states that we “facilitate and enable commercialization
of the University’s intellectual property for the benefit of the
public through effective and efficient management, protection and licensing

The process of Technology Transfer includes, but is not limited to evaluating
intellectual property for protection and commercial opportunities; marketing
to appropriate commercial partners; negotiating contracts with commercial

and administration of licensed technology. In addition, CSURF receives,
accounts for, and distributes all revenue received from its technology
transfer operation according to Colorado State University policy.
