REQUIREMENTS FOR DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION TO FUNDING SOURCES?
If an invention is made on federally funded research, the University must
notify the federal agency of the invention disclosure and whether it elects
to retain title to the invention. Other sponsored research agreements
with other government entities or private industry may also impose disclosure
requirements. |
